I'm trying to make a point and I want to keep my look as feminine as possible." Still, she knows not everyone's vision of femininity includes muscles. "I was in the store and this little boy looked at me and thought I was some kind of superhero because of muscles," says Courtney. "His mother saw him and pushed him away ... like I was going to hurt him or something." Besides burgeoning bodybuilding careers, the Courtneys are both certified personal trainers and contest-prep coaches, while she has developed her own training videos (available at hdphysiques.tv). But she's rarely asked about any of that. "People always want to know how much I can bench press," says Courtney, who uses weights to make her muscles grow into an aesthetically pleasing shape, unlike powerlifters, who use weights to get stronger. For the record, she doesn't often test her one-rep max, but she can bench press 225 pounds eight times, squat 315 pounds 15 times, and deadlift 415 pounds 20 times.
THE MAKING OF SUPERDROL Even with no college degree or formal training in chemistry and despite not having a staff of scientists, getting a blockbuster designer steroid on the market was relatively easy for Cahill. "I found the chemical name in a book that contains a bunch of other steroids," he testified in the 2008 deposition. The book was Androgens and Anabolic Agents, a chemistry reference published in 1969. Cahill said he used the Internet to find a company in China and paid about $20,000 for a kilo of the powdered compound. "I went on Alibaba.net," Cahill said. He found other firms to encapsulate the powder and put the pills into bottles, and still another to make labels for it. "I think it was LabelsForLess.com," he told attorneys.

Henderson earns spot as bodybuilding pro
His supporters applauded but there was even bigger applause for St. Martin's Johnny Hodge who took second place. Anguilla's Gashaune Clarke enjoyed a double triumph winning both Junior and Middleweight titles. The four juniors were all aged less than 23 years old. Lightweights saw St. Martin's Lucien "Siliky" Gamiette winning class again for the fourth consecutive year proving that his consistent training regime remains at an all-time high year after year.

Henderson is planning for just one or two events next year. No matter how much work she puts in at the gym or how much discipline she has to maintain peak nutrition, Henderson knows that bodybuilding competitions are still ultimately decided by judges whose preferences can vary from event to event. That could be frustrating for some, but for Henderson it's just another challenge she's eager to face. "You really have to be happy that you're presenting your best package and your best you," Henderson said. "That's what it comes down to with everything, whether its bodybuilding or whether it's physique. If you're going to stick with it, it's really you against you -- always you against you, and it's always self-development and looking your best." The pro card, now that she's earned it, gives Henderson a lifetime pass to compete in IFBB professional events. She can no longer compete against amateurs -- it's the best of the best from now on.
